  1. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Camera Scrolling Glitch

Hey Simon, welcome to the Quadro Delta forum. Can your friend try and increase the sensitivity of his mouse (through Windows or, if his mouse has it, the software of his mouse)? Maybe that will resolve the issue he is having.
  2. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Can't Move the Camera to the Left

Hey MGJanes, welcome to the Quadro Delta forum. Can you still use the WASD keys to move the camera around?
  3. EverThingy added an answer to a question: [BUG] Not being able to teleport back to ship

Hey thundree, first of all, welcome to the Quadro Delta forum. I have moved your post to the Pixel Privateer Bug Reporting section, instead of the Pixel Piracy Bug section. Thank you for already providing a screenshot. Indeed, sometimes in rare cases the game teleporter stops working. For me personally selecting and deselecting the whole group or opening the menu can sometimes fix the issue. Since you already ran into the issue twice, if you encounter it again, could you close the game and look for the game's output_log.txt? You can find it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pixel Privateers\privateers_Data.  (It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/Yi1wGKQ.png.) If you could then please mail a bug report at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net explaining the bug again together with this log file and your save file, then the devs can look into your issue.
  4. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Bug for inf. Matter

Hey Muax, first of welcome to the Quadro Delta forum and thank you for reporting the bug. To me it sounds like you actually encountered a pretty serious bug, infinite matter can be pretty game break for hardcore runs. If you could please mail a bug report at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net explaining the bug again together with your save file. Also be sure to include the game's output log after you have opened up the game at least once. You can find the game's output_log.txt which you can find at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pixel Privateers\privateers_Data. It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/Yi1wGKQ.png.
  5. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Game making my PC restart

Hey GalactusBrasil, welcome to the Quadro Delta forum! I see you already uploaded your output log file. Could you please send this over to the developers, you can send a bug report explaining your issue again at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net.
  6. EverThingy added an answer to a question: How to go to ship?

Hey Krashkourse, welcome to the official Quadro Delta forum. Can you re-upload the image., the link appears to be broken.
  7. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Characters stuck

Hey Silverfisk, first of all, welcome to the official Quadro Delta forum. If it ever happens again be sure to take a screenshot. You can send us a bug report explaining your issue again at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net. Also be sure to include the game's output log, you can output_log.txt which in C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PixelPrivateers\privateers_Data. 8. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Fullscreen and Borderless Window reversed?

Today I spoke with someone who was having the same issue, so it seems like there is a small bug. If you could please sent your bug report at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net explaining the problem. Maybe also include the game's output log after you have opened up the settings. You can find the game's output_log.txt which you can find at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pixel Privateers\privateers_Data. It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/Yi1wGKQ.png.
  9. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Fullscreen and Borderless Window reversed?

Hey carafuru, both options should be working as intended. If yours appear to be swapped I suggest resetting the settings back to default and then switching back to your preferred window option.
  10. EverThingy added an answer to a question: No in-game sound

Hmm, odd. I am on Windows 10 as well, if you say that all other audio sources are working fine and you reset the options, I am not sure were the problem could be unfortunately. It doesn't hurt trying to reinstall the game one more time, maybe also try verifying the game files by right clicking the game in your steam library -> properties -> local files. (See image below). If the issue still persists you can mail a bug report at support@quadrodelta.atlassian.net explaining the issue and things you have already tried to fix it.

  11. EverThingy added an answer to a question: No in-game sound

Hey Royal Apples, first of all, welcome to the official Quadro Delta forum. I assume you have already tried resetting the games settings in the options menu? If so, what version of windows are you on? You can try opening the volume mixer and seeing if Pixel Privateers is listed there and check if it is not muted.

  12. EverThingy added an answer to a question: Lag issue with roboarachnids

Hey etlouis, have you tried turning off some of the extra visual settings in the options? This usually gets rid of lag issues.
