Netmarble (CEO Young-sik Kwon, Seung-won Lee) announced on the 23rd that it has implemented a collaboration update for the action RPG ‘The King of Fighters All-Star (King of Fighters All-Star)’ with Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 (hereinafter referred to as Guilty Gear).

With this update, six characters have been added, including Guilty Gear collaboration fighters ‘Baiken’, ‘Inno’, ‘May’, ‘Dizzy’, ‘Lamblesshal Valentine’, and ‘Soul Bad Guy’. Soul Bad Guy can be acquired for free through the in-game Lucky Chance event.

Collaboration content will also be introduced. In the new dungeon content ‘Gear Project’ that can be played as a collaboration fighter, you can acquire rubies and fighter growth materials. In the ‘Rush Dungeon’, where a collaboration fighter appears as a boss, you can get the memory and battle cards of the collaboration fighters through battle, and an ‘event guild raid’ where you can participate using the collaboration fighter is also held.

Netmarble prepared various events and rewards to commemorate this update. First of all, the ’14 Day Attendance Event’, where you can acquire the collaboration fighter ‘May’ even if you attend for just one day, will be held until a separate notice. In addition, in the ‘Special Carnival’ event, the Carnival Points acquired through play can be exchanged for various rewards, such as Guilty Gear’s dedicated reinforcement hammer and Guilty Gear SS memory selection box.

More details about the game can be found through the King of Fighters All-Star official community.
