Neowiz Co., Ltd. (Co-CEO Jisoo Moon, Seungcheol Kim) announced on the 29th that its subsidiary Addiscorp (CEO Shim Sang-il) and TNK Factory (CEO Shin Hee-tae) had signed a merger agreement.

The merger will be December 24, 2021, as T&K Factory merges Addis Corp. The surviving corporation, T&K Factory, will be incorporated as a subsidiary by Neowiz with a 50% stake.

Addiscorp is a platform company specializing in ad monetization using traffic, and has been offering services such as mobile game ads since 2010. In May 2010, it was incorporated as a subsidiary of Neowiz.

T&K Factory is a mobile advertising company established in June 2011. We independently develop and operate various advertising platforms such as rewarded advertising, display banner (DA), and advertising purchase platform (DSP). Through this, it has the strength to provide a total advertising service that encompasses all apps and services, and provides revenue optimization technology in various mobile service fields.

Through this merger, the two companies will not only secure a stable platform, but also create synergies by combining the know-how of the two companies in the areas of operation and service. In addition, while accelerating business expansion targeting the global market, the company plans to actively promote the business of supporting the marketing of indie developers using the powerful advertising platform possessed by T&K Factory.
