The two companies signed an NDA in 2019, and since then, they have supplied three VR games produced by AIXLAB. ZMVR is a VR platform company that occupies a high share in the Chinese VR game experience platform market. We work together to make a profit. In particular, Haunted House VR Ep. 2 has been achieving the highest level of use by platform users since its supply in February of this year.
The ‘Chapel of Fear’, which is scheduled to be released within December, will be applied to a walking attraction service played in a space of 6m wide and 6m long at ZMVR.
‘Chapel of Horror’ is a virtual game created with realistic graphics using Unreal Engine while walking through a 6m X 6m space in two-player multiplayer with the main purpose of two protagonists escaping from the same space together after being caught by a serial killer. It is an escape room game.
AIXLAB has been servicing VR horror games ‘Haunted House VR Ep.1: Yeongdeok, Gyeongbuk’ and ‘Haunted House VR Ep.2 Jecheon, Chungbuk’ and action VR game BladeLine VR, which have been released since 2018, and ‘Haunted House VR Ep.3: Gonjiam’. Supply is also in progress. The Haunted House VR series won 3 awards at the Korea Game Awards from 2018 to 2020, and is being serviced exclusively for B2B in Korea, China, and North America. An online version for B2C users will be produced from next year, an official said.
