iPhone: Add public holidays 2022 to the calendar

Again and again Apple takes its time updating the calendar. In previous years, the holidays were only added to the calendar shortly before the end of the respective previous year. 2022 will take even longer, so that many iPhone users did not see either “New Year” or “Three Wise Men” in the overview. To better plan the year, you can easily display the missing holidays as described above.

If that doesn’t work, you can subscribe to another, alternative calendar that also lists all the dates for the holidays in Germany. Use for this, for example this calendarin order to be supplied with all data up to 2035. To subscribe to the calendar, do the following:

  2. Select “Calendar”.
  3. In the “Accounts” section, tap on “Add Account”.
  4. Select “Add calendar subscription”.
  5. Copied this link and inserts it in the appropriate field.

Now you can subscribe to the holiday calendar and see all the important dates for the next few years on your iPhone again.
