What is the most anticipated game on Steam right now? No longer Dying Light 2: Stay Human, which was # 1 on wish lists for 12 months.

Elden Ring

From Softwares Dark Souls successor Elden Ring has the wishlists on Steam under control. And that’s not so natural, because Dying Light 2: Stay Human was number 1 every 12 months from 2021 most wanted games on Steam. In the new year, the heir to the throne, Elden Ring, took office, and for the first time.

Most wanted games on Steam in early 2022

In addition to Elden Ring and Dying Light 2: Stay Human, the upcoming PC version of God of War can also be found in the list of the most popular games. God of War is out on Steam on January 14th. Under the Top 10 You’ll also find Starfield, Hollow Knight: Silksong, and Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. Here are those first ten places of the most wanted games on Steam in the appropriate order:

  1. Elden Ring
  2. Dying Light 2: Stay Human
  3. Party Animals
  4. God of War
  5. Hollow Knight: Silksong
  6. The Day Before
  7. Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2
  8. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl
  9. Starfield
  10. Frostpunk 2

Elden Ring is expected to be released on February 25, 2022, while Dying Light: Stay Human prepares for a release on February 4, 2022. By the way, you should Demand Dying Light 2 for over 500 hours, should you want to complete it – so Dying Light fans don’t really have to look at any other games for this year.

However, some of the eagerly awaited games have no release date at all – such as the crazy Atomic Heart, which appears further down the list, or Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2.

In addition to Elden Ring and Dying Light 2: Stay Human, a third release dominates the beginning of 2022, namely Horizon Forbidden West, which is to appear exclusively for PS4 and PS5 on February 18, 2022. So February bombarded us with three AAA releases – if everything works out, of course only.
